Who do you see in the mirror? – Video commercial for Body Image Awareness – PSA

I wanted to address the body image issue we have in our society with this PSA (Public Service Announcement). It affects everyone and especially teenage girls creating feelings of inferiority, shame, and guilt. Sometimes resulting in psychosomatic diseases like bulimia and anorexia and ultimately suicide.
I believe we need to shift the way we see ourselves. And shift our internal dialogue to love and appreciate our unique figures and accept ourselves.
I created this short film to inspire and raise awareness. Help people see that its all in our heads its really a process of how we think about ourselves when we look at ourselves in the mirror. If you know someone this video can help please share it.
